What is your CBD routine?

I take 50 -100mg of CDB daily. I take a 30mg softgel in the morning, a tincture in the afternoon before I write for increased focus, and I use the CBD Stick at night on my feet, knees and legs for self-massage.

Why did you start taking CBD and how has it benefited you?

I started taking CBD daily two years ago when I got some seizures during an 8-week period. Since taking CBD daily, the seizures have stopped and so far have not returned.

CBD helps me to cognize better and feel centered, moment to moment. That could be at a public speaking engagement or during my physical training. I feel connected to the "plant teacher" in cannabis through CBD.
